Comprising a Thompson pattern experimental box with double sided drilled wood block, N.Y. brass insignia on front flap, a Cavalry cartridge box with a 20-hole drilled block by Dingee & Lorigan, N.Y., another Cavalry carbine cartridge box with original 20 hole drilled block, stamped W. Kinsey & Co. NEWARK N.J. As well as a US M1872 FRAZIER CARTRIDGE BOX, WITH NEW YORK "NG" PLATE, made by McKenny & Co. N.Y. and original 20 hole drilled wood block, a rare 1870's Trials "P' Box Tileston Pattern, front flap stamped P above U.S.  Watervliet Arsenal and inside also stamped P in green. Another rare 1870's equipment trails Kings Patten cartridge box, clearly stamped JOSIAH R. KING'S / PAT. NOV. 15, 1870 / WM. TILESTON, ASSIGNEE" and "AGENTS / SCHUYLER, HARTLEY & GRAHM / NEW YORK". And a Civil War Pistol cartridge box, J. DAVY, NEWARK, NJ. A good diverse offering.
