5 U.S. LEATHER CARTRIDGE BOXES C. 1860-1870.
Comprising a Wood's patent cartridge box with roller buckles (one buckle detached), together with a J.A. Baker NY marked box with original tin insert, a rare Wilkinson & Cummings marked 60 round capacity cartridge box (leather covered 60-hole drilled block) with tool. A Crispin pattern 45/70 version of the 1870's trial ‘D' box, with original 40 hole double sided drilled block, and a very nice 1870's trial ‘D' box front flap stamped ‘D' above U.S.  Watervliet Arsenal and inside also stamped in green on inside of flap ‘D'. A good offering.
